• I understand that Gora's is not responsible for any extra charges related to international shipping like customs, import duties, or VAT.

• Gora accepts orders through our website, over the phone, and via our official social medias. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, based on factors like product availability or payment verification. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If we find that someone under 18 has placed an order, we may cancel it.

• Once you place an order, we’ll give you an order reference number—either in a confirmation email or over the phone, depending on how you ordered. If you’re paying by credit card, debit card, EFTPOS, or PayPal, we’ll only process your order after your payment has been successfully verified. Once payment is confirmed, your order will move forward, and we’ll send you your order reference number.

• Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Whilst we employ the latest technology and use Paypal's Payflow secure payment gateway, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner by a third party.

• Your credit card details are encrypted to help protect them from unauthorised access. We use the latest security technology and PayPal’s Payflow secure payment system. However, Gora’s is not responsible for any loss or damage if your card is used fraudulently or without your permission by a third party.

• If you have a gift voucher and want to use it to pay (or partially pay) for your order, you must enter the voucher details during checkout or let our team know when ordering by phone. Items bought with a gift voucher can’t be exchanged for cash. Use of gift vouchers is subject to our Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.

• If you have a promo, discount, or coupon code, you’ll be asked to enter it at checkout. The code will apply a discount or reward based on its terms. Each promo code has specific conditions and can only be used at our discretion. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers. If you have trouble using one, please contact our Customer Service Team.

• Your tax invoice will be provided when your order is delivered. Please keep it as your proof of purchase—it may be needed for return or refund purpose.
